
There are many facilities provided in Ormond Building, from DX on site to confidential shredding, a dedicated independent Mediation Centre and Consultation Rooms which are available for meeting with your clients. An on site Retail / Café space provides a convenient location for informal meetings or just taking a break to collect your thoughts for the day.

A full DX facility is available to the rear of the Reception Area, conveniently accessible for members of the building but secure behind an access control system. The area for the DX facility has been designed with your needs in mind, so that DX can provide more or less according to the building users' wishes. Available services include document copying, binding, typing, dictation services and much more.
Each floor will have its own confidential shredding service for secure documents and this service is also available through the DX facility on the ground floor.
A secure Document Storage Area has also been provided so that your office can remain uncluttered and your files can be retrieved quickly from within the building by a simple phone call or email, minimising both costs and time delays with couriers. The area has been specifically designed to provide for temperature and humidity control to minimise any damage to your documents.
A two hour fire rated steel security door provides maximum security and is controlled by a separate party for added security.
A very modern Information Technology (IT) service is also being provided. This will include large capacity (c. 60GB) storage space for each user with secure back-up and data recovery as required. As security is paramount, the system will utilise the most up to date technology in firewalls and preventative security, enabling the users to have confidence that their files are secure and cannot be viewed by others. An IT support team will be available for problem solving 24 hours of the day, providing you with the ability to work whenever suits your needs. An additional support can be provided for your own computer or laptop if you require.
A central phone system will be provided to Ormond Building with extensions for each suite or office. This affords you the luxury of forwarding your calls to Reception when you are not in the office or simply to your own voicemail as you wish. Likewise your clients can dial the Ormond Building directly and their calls will be passed to you by the Receptionist for the building. You will have a dedicated direct dial number for incoming calls if you wish to bypass Reception and for making external calls. Phone conferencing will be available from your own handset if you wish to have a conversation with more than just one other party, all from the luxury of your own office.
The double height, well lit basement contains space for parking your car or bike and has changing rooms, toilets and a showers area adjacent.
There are 15 car spaces and 48 bicycle spaces. The car parking is serviced by a car hoist to take you to the ground level.
Access to the basement is only available to building occupiers via their security fob.
