There are many facilities provided in Ormond Building, from DX on site to confidential shredding, a dedicated independent Mediation Centre and Consultation Rooms which are available for meeting with your clients. An on site Retail / Café space provides a convenient location for informal meetings or just taking a break to collect your thoughts for the day. MEDIATION & CONSULTATION ROOMS
The Ormond Building hosts a state of the art, purpose built Mediation and Alternative Disputes Resolution Centre in an independent setting. All modern facilities have been provided as you would expect from a building of this standard. Individual rooms are larger than usual to allow for the extended periods which are often involved in this process and will cater for 6 to 18 people in a single room as required.

Tea/coffee, full catering facilities are all available throughout the day and night. The rooms are individually soundproofed for maximum privacy and parties to a mediation process will avail of non adjacent rooms during the entire process. The Mediation Centre can cater for multi-party mediations for up to 6 parties at any one time.

VIDEO CONFERENCING
A state of the art Video Conferencing facility is being provided in the Ormond Building to allow you maximize your time in the office instead of spending time in travel and traffic. The Sony system is located in a dedicated room with a large 48"ť LCD screen capable of displaying multi parties or data simultaneously if required. A number of ISDN lines are provided to ensure quick and reliable sound and picture quality and the operation of the entire system is via a mobile controller unit within the room.

The selected Sony system will enable full digital recording of both voice and picture for interviews via a handy USB stick simply inserted into the system at the start of the video conference. On completion, this can be stored or copied onto a computer as required. The Sony system is robust and upgradeable so that all future technologies can simply be added as they evolve or additional features can be selected and added if they are required.

The most important feature of a Video Conferencing system, after its reliability, is a fast and comprehensive back-up from the IT experts. This has been provided with a 24 hour phone line for advice if it is required and a guaranteed speedy response time in the unlikely event of any hardware failures in the system from a Dublin based company.

AUDIO CONFERENCING
Each consultation room is provided with a modern Polycom "Star Phone" with integrated speakers for sound clarity. This will enable conference calls be made or received during your meeting.
