The extent of your fit-out is decided by you. The team will agree all costs in advance of any work proceeding and can offer you a professionally managed service right down to moving your current office equipment and reference library to your new suite if you wish.
The cost of a client fit-out may be amortised or leased to enable a tax write-off over an 8 year tax life but each prospective lessee should seek independent tax advice on this matter.
